Job Duties and Responsibilities- Optimize public-facing system performance
- Reduce system downtime by defined targets

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- 8 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience in government or public sector
- Experience in lieu of education accepted
- Public exposure / public-facing systems experience
- Located in or willing to work in Boston
