Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Charlotte NC OR Jersey city NJ (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Perform detailed system analysis to identify business needs process improvements and technology solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to support business decisions process optimization and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications process flows and use cases.
• Work closely with development QA and project teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and root cause analysis for system and business issues.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) validate requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and requirement review sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in data mapping data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial industry standards and regulations.
• Support production issues change requests and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills:

• 6 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Strong expertise in System Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain.
• Strong understanding of business processes system integrations and data flows.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
