- Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support solution recommendations
- Prepare detailed user stories functional specifications and process documentation for system development or modification
- Review and assess system capabilities technical specifications and scheduling constraints to ensure feasibility of requested changes
- Assist in scheduling testing implementing and troubleshooting systems and programs to ensure seamless deployment
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years of direct experience analyzing user requirements and business procedures
- Proven ability to document user needs system functions and development steps clearly
- Experience reviewing system specifications and identifying technical limitations
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in scheduling testing installing and supporting computer systems
- Familiarity with standard systems analysis concepts and methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to process automation projects
- Experience with cost/benefit analysis tools or techniques
