Job Title: Business Systems Analyst 8 yrs Exp

Location: Albany NY Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Proven experience serving as a Lead Analyst on Business Requirements projects applying effective strategies to gather analyze and document business process requirements for new application development.
• Extensive experience working as a Lead Business Analyst on projects utilizing industry-standard Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies including requirements elicitation business process documentation process modeling As-Is and To-Be workflow analysis gap analysis and UML to assess existing business processes and design optimized future-state solutions.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing multi-tier web applications Framework Core with C# leveraging technologies including Web Forms and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Database version 11.2.0.1 or higher including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity and support backend processing.
• Solid experience in planning coordinating and developing test strategies test cases and test plans to ensure business and technical requirements are successfully met.
• Possession of an active and valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) certification.
• Strong experience managing internal and external stakeholder communication and outreach including preparing presentations reports and communication materials to support business process transformation and promote reengineered operational environments.
