-12 years of experience in Business Process analysis Requirements gathering User Persona creation & Mapping Translation of business rules and data requirements. -Experience in prioritizing business and customer needs into MVPs designing UX/UI wireframes and managing product portfolios with customer-centric approaches including customer journey mapping and user personas. -Proficient with a broad range of tools including wireframe tools (Figma Miro) product management tools (HubSpot JIRA) BI and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps tools (Jira GitHub Kubernetes). -Experienced in Agile Safe Agile Waterfall and blended models with skills in Agile planning business requirement analysis MVP definition and customer interviews
