Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Technical Skills: AEM(Adobe experience manager) SQL proficiency proficiency in data modeling and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify document and analyze business needs.
• System Analysis & Design: Analyzing testing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
• Technical Documentation.
• Creating detailed functional specifications workflow charts and user stories for development teams.
• Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new efficient workflows.
• Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems overseeing testing (UAT) and offering post-launch support.
