Business Strategy & Operations Director

Summary / Objective

This key leadership role drives growth and operational excellence by owning the companys strategic planning processes business-review cadences and cross-functional execution translating leadership priorities into measurable plans KPIs and outcomes. The role operates as a force multiplier for the GM and leadership team connecting strategy operations planning and communications across and Identity Digital (ID).

This is a hybrid position from our Denver office.

What Youll Do

• Strategic Planning & Growth Design: Develop and execute the companys strategic and annual planning processes in alignment with business objectives. Lead growth design and product planning inputs market and competitive analysis and trend identification to inform leadership decisions
• Business Reviews & Operating Cadence: Own and run the companys core business-review cadence Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) including agenda design data preparation narrative and follow-up on action items
• Leadership & Executive Meetings: Drive the weekly leadership meeting board-meeting preparation and all-hands for both ID and ; setting agendas preparing materials and ensuring decisions are captured and executed
• Planning & Talent Processes: Coordinate annual planning budget reviews talent reviews and succession planning in partnership with the GM Finance and People teams
• KPIs & Performance Management: Define implement and track OKRs. Build the reporting and dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes manage OPEX budgets and ensure efficient collaboration across teams and vendors
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with finance marketing product engineering support and BD to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution across the organization.
• Internal Communications: Lead internal communications that keep the organization aligned on strategy priorities and results
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform strategy and measure performance
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners including vendors and agency partners

Who You Are / What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15 years in strategy operations or business operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success owning strategic and annual planning processes and operating cadences (e.g. MBR/QBR or equivalent business reviews)
• Experience preparing board-facing materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach; fluency with OKRs/KPIs and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed
• Reliable transportation to the workplace

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130000 - $167000 plus benefits as described addition the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidates qualifications internal employee equity considerations and location. We will not ask for information about a candidates current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life accidental death and dismemberment critical illness and accident addition team members can enroll in the companys 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally you get 5 days of paid sick leave 13 paid holidays and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents 12 weeks for others. Also theres an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
