Who you are
As the Business Solutions Intern you will support the Business Solutions team in delivering process improvements system enhancements and data-driven insights across the organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business analysis automation reporting and cross-functional collaboration while strengthening analytical and technical skills.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field who are interested in business process improvement systems integration and data analytics.Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Solutions team with ongoing projects related to process optimization and system enhancements
Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
Develop and support workflow automations using Power Automate
Gather document and validate business requirements
Support data collection cleansing and analysis efforts
Create clear documentation for processes workflows and system configurations
Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions
Perform testing and quality validation for system updates and improvements
Learning & Development Opportunities

Qualifications
Required:- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) Computer Information Systems (CIS) Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Basic understanding of databases or SQL
- Familiarity with business process mapping or workflow documentation
