AsaBusiness Services Specialistyou willprovideoperational and administrative support to the Administration departments byassistingwith routine business financial and human resources activities. This role focuses on task execution data processing documentation andcoordination ofsupport under established procedures and under the direction of the Business Services Manager or designer. The Specialist helps ensure accuracy compliance andtimelycompletion of assigned business services functions that support day-to-day departmental operations.

Minimum Education:High School Diploma

Preferences:Associate Degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field

Substitutions: An Associate Degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field may be substituted for the required experience.

Years Experience:One (1) Year

Defined Experience:Experience in business administrative clerical or general office support such as recordkeeping data entry document processing or customer service.
