• Sources and matches candidates to job openings; maintains current job listings
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with employers and community partners
• Assists businesses with recruiting interviewing and hiring processes
• Organizes job fairs hiring events and employer presentations
• Monitors employer satisfaction and collaborates with staff to improve placements
• Ideal candidate: Customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills
• Must be will to travel to events and employer meetings across the county region is required for this role
