A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Restructuring & Reorganization Staff Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in supporting sophisticated bankruptcy restructuring distressed M&A and Chapter 11 matters as part of a nationally recognized restructuring practice.

46 years of bankruptcy restructuring insolvency or distressed transactions experience

Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings out-of-court restructurings and distressed acquisitions

Experience representing debtors official committees lenders or other stakeholders preferred

Experience with bankruptcy court filings disclosures and related procedural matters

Strong legal research writing organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Active Georgia bar admission required
