Business Requirements Analyst| Active Secret Clearance Required

Loch Harbour Group Inc. is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to support enterprise knowledge management workflow modernization and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative federal program environment.

This role will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders business owners and technical teams to gather analyze document and manage business and system requirements supporting Jira SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience eliciting documenting and managing requirements
• Ability to translate customer needs into Jira / Power Platform / SharePoint work
• Strong communication and facilitation
• Ability to manage feedback loops and expectations
• Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft collaboration ecosystems

Education Requirements

Bachelors level degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience

• Ability to work onsite in San Diego CA
