In this role you will:

• Be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers
• Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts
• Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio
• Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
• Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio
• Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
• Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment
• Develop expertise in the policies procedures and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function policies procedures and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Business Relationship Support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience servicing requests from non-banking financial institutions correspondent banks as well as payment operations
• Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services experience
• Experiencesupporting Complex Treasury Management Products (Ex: ECS Product Suite BAI International Wires)andutilizingTreasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM Service View Hogan)
• Abilityto triage and troubleshoot complex issuesinclusive ofroot causeidentification and communication of resolution to clients and internal stakeholders
• Intermediate knowledge of CommercialBankingor Corporate Investment Banking client base
• Strong personal leadership skills including initiativeaccountabilityand the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Ability to develop client relationships
• Strong telephone and email etiquette
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important
• Effective organizational multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Job Expectations:

• The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship

Pay Range:

• Minneapolis MN: $27.88 - $41.83 Hourly range
• Other locations: $25.48 - $37.98 Hourly range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
