Business Readiness Consultant

Solero Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Readiness Consultant to support large-scale technology business transformation and organizational change initiatives within a complex public-sector environment.

The Business Readiness Consultant will assess organizational preparedness for new systems processes policies and technology implementations and develop strategies to help affected stakeholders successfully transition to new ways of working.

This position serves as a critical bridge between project teams and business stakeholders ensuring that organizational impacts are identified communications and training needs are addressed risks to adoption are managed and business units are prepared for successful implementation and post-launch operations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in organizational change management business readiness stakeholder engagement change-impact assessment communications training coordination process improvement and technology implementation projects.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Public-sector government education or other highly regulated organizational experience.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience.
• Human Capital Management (HCM) or HRIS implementation experience.
• Financial management system implementation experience.
• Cloud transformation or digital modernization experience.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Experience supporting system migrations or enterprise application replacements.
• Agile and/or Waterfall project experience.
• Experience working with geographically or functionally diverse stakeholder populations.

Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) PMP CAPM Agile/Scrum or comparable credentials are preferred but not necessarily required unless specified by the applicable assignment.
