Job Description:

As a Business Analyst you are responsible for supporting the organizations operational and strategic projects from a data driven perspective. This role will support strategic planning processes by gathering and analyzing data evaluating business trends and preparing reports to aid in decision-making. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align business objectives improve efficiency and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from various sources.
• Able to extract valuable insights and create informative dashboards reports and presentations tailored for various stakeholders by utilizing advanced data analysis tools and software.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Design data models for analysis and reporting that supports operational business unit decisions and guides strategic direction.
• Conducts thorough analyses of the companys current performance market trends and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate data extracted from operational systems for accuracy.
• Provide valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes through the use of data models and forecasting techniques.
• Offer insightful recommendations for potential business opportunities and cost-saving measures ensuring that the organization remains competitive and efficient.
• Works closely with various functional groups including business management field management and account management teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate seamless coordination and alignment among different departments by fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Identifying areas where business operations can be improved by leveraging their expertise in data analytics and process optimization
• Propose innovative solutions and implement appropriate tools and systems to enhance productivity and streamline reporting procedures.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• • 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst data analyst or similar role.
  • Bachelors degree Data Analytics Statistics Business or a related field. Masters preferred
  • Advanced SQL (2 years professional experience) Jupyter Lab Python
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and software for dashboard development (such as SuperSet Power BI Tableau Excel).
  • Familiarity with statistical testing modeling forecasting and project management principles is beneficial. Knowledge of ERP systems particularly SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities are crucial for success in this position. Attention to detail and high organizational skills are equally important.
  • Analytical thinking strategic planning collaboration and teamwork results-oriented mindset adaptability to change.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
