Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a Business Process Manager.
Location: Tucson AZ
Rate: $60-$70/hr on W2 (DOE)
Job Duration: 2 Years Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

About the Role
You will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within a medical device environment.
The ideal candidate will be a Lean Six Sigma expert with a proven track record of leading process improvement and business transformation projects. This person will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies improve processes reduce costs and implement sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality productivity customer service and cost performance.
- Map and analyze end-to-end business processes and identify waste bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Lead large-scale Lean/Six Sigma transformation and process improvement projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to business problems.
- Develop and support change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Use process maps dashboards visual management tools and performance metrics to communicate progress.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience developing and implementing continuous improvement/process improvement programs with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects and organizational process transformations.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping root cause analysis continuous improvement and change management.
