Business Process Analyst

Description

We are seeking a strategic and motivated Business Process Analystto drive business transformation and operational excellence within Oracle this role you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze design and optimize business processes improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. You will leverage data AI-enabled tools and industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Analyze current processes identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions.

• Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement standardized business processes.

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

• Develop process documentation metrics and governance to support continuous improvement.

• Utilize AI and modern productivity tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.

• Track project progress risks and adoption to ensure successful outcomes.

• 8 years of experience in business process management operations consulting or program management.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement or project management methodologies.

• Proficiency with Excel Microsoft Office and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Self-driven with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91400 to $187000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
