1. Directs the execution of tactical and operational activities to ensure efficiency reliability and alignment with business objectives.
2. Manages supplier relationships including cost management and performance evaluation.
3. Identifies designs and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
5. Monitors analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
6. Supports the development and executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
7. Identifies opportunities for integration of innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
9. Provides leadership mentorship and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers.
10. Communicates operational status risks and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Extensive knowledge of business processes technology applications and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in business administration finance technology data analytics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience leading business operations finance workforce planning strategy performance management or related functions in a technology-driven environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial workforce operational and delivery data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
4. Experience building financial models business cases capacity plans dashboards or analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
5. Strong consulting solutioning and executive storytelling skills with the ability to connect dots across capabilities and translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
6. Proven ability to lead teams strengthen operating routines and ensure deliverables are accurate thoughtful and fully developed before senior-level review.
