• Own key operational functions across recruiting events compliance and internal systems
• Design and execute high-quality events for recruiting customers and strategic partners
• Build and optimize candidate work trial processes
• Establish operational systems and internal processes from scratch
• Manage compliance workflows and documentation
• Oversee operational details that shape company perception and culture
• Coordinate office logistics and internal operational infrastructure
• Build scalable systems that reduce overhead for the broader team
• Partner directly with leadership on strategic operational initiatives
• Help shape company culture during its earliest stages

• 27 years of experience in business operations people ops GTM ops recruiting ops or event operations
• Experience at a VC-backed startup (<1000 employees)
• Strong operational rigor and process-building ability
• Experience owning logistics-heavy projects
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Strong bias toward action and execution
• High ownership mindset

• Built operational systems from scratch
• Experience with payroll compliance or visa administration
• Organized high-touch executive/customer/community events
• Worked closely with founders or executive leadership
• Startup generalist experience across multiple operational functions
• Experience using AI/LLM tools in workflows
