Description:

The Business Operations Administrator - Radiology is responsible for supporting the Physician Service Line Leader(s) in the business operations related to either a single or multiple service lines. The administrator will be responsible for management of the operations related to the service lines success.

Under the direction of the Service Line Leader the individual in this position has overall responsibility for the Service line business operations. Works to assure that staff and systems function to provide excellent care to all patients seeking treatment/service supports successful development implementation and growth of the service line; deploys and tracks methods to assure high-quality outcomes reduces variation resulting in cost effective performance and increases in volume/market share across the continuum of care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in the area of business healthcare administration or nursing Masters preferred. Licensed registered nurse in good standing in the state of CT.

  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a leadership role within a physician medical group preferably in an integrated health system
