Position Summary
The Contract Manager reviews all School of Medicine contractual agreements and other legal documents flowing through the OPSCA . This position reviews contracts for completeness and analyzes contract language to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with School of Medicine University state and federal policies and regulations. Consults with departments and/or leadership and ensures that department administrators have an understanding of operational obligations; and drafts negotiates and finalizes agreements in accordance with law and policy within approved parameters.

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
