• Oversee daily office operations including financial and administrative tasks
• Oversee all receivable and payable accounting ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with sales service and finance departments to properly account for transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive accounting records and reports for management review
• Lead and mentor office staff to promote productivity and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Proven experience in business accounting management preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in dealership management software-Reynolds & Reynolds-and microsoft office suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
