Full-Time Experienced Automotive Finance Manager

Riverton Acura is part of the Riverton family of dealerships a company with a remarkable history dating back to 1922 and four generations of family ownership.

Our Acura location has proudly served the Murray community for approximately 40 years and we recently acquired the dealership with a long-term vision: to build Riverton Acura into a premier Acura dealership for the next 100 years.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who wants more than just another finance desk. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something.

Because we are a smaller store this position will work closely with dealership leadership sales management and the sales team. The right candidate will have a direct impact on growing the business developing our team improving processes and building a strong F&I department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced F&I professional who wants to take ownership and have a meaningful impact on a growing dealership.

You will:

• Work directly with the General Manager Sales Managers and Sales Team to drive dealership performance
• Structure and present finance options and protection products professionally and accurately
• Deliver an exceptional transparent customer experience
• Utilize Dealertrack DMS and Darwin for menu presentation
• Maintain a strong understanding of current finance programs products and compliance requirements
• Track and communicate key F&I performance metrics including VSC GAP product penetration PVR finance penetration and other F&I KPIs
• Provide management with accurate and current performance numbers and penetration levels
• Work closely with sales management to improve deal structure profitability and customer experience
• Help coach and develop salespeople on processes that lead to stronger customer experiences and F&I results
• Ensure deals are processed accurately efficiently and in compliance with dealership and lender requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Riverton Acura

Automotive F&I experience is required.

The ideal candidate:

• Has proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
• Understands the complete F&I process from credit application through delivery
• Has strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
• Understands how to build value in VSC GAP and other protection products
• Is comfortable tracking and communicating F&I performance metrics
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Takes ownership and accountability for results
• Is comfortable working directly with salespeople and management
• Is willing to help wherever needed in a smaller team-oriented dealership
• Puts the customer first
• Believes in teamwork and collaboration
• Wants to grow with a company rather than simply hold a position
