YOUR MISSION

The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

Business Development

• Implement the sales strategy in the field

• Manage the sale of technical service offerings from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature

• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus onretainingexisting accounts and building long-term profitable partnerships

• Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Identifyengineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team

• Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires

• Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Minimum bachelors degree in engineering is required

• 1 to 5 years of successful experience in industry services or engineering-related fields

• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions

• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships

• Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach

• A compensation package between $75000 - $85000 including an attractive variable component ($25000)

Salary: Total compensation ranges around $ $25000 annual bonus

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including but not limited to location the candidates combination of job-related knowledge qualifications skills education training and experience
