• Follow up on inbound leads and quote requests
• Schedule site visits and estimate appointments
• Assist with commercial prospecting and customer outreach
• Prepare proposals and estimates
• Track sales opportunities and customer follow-up activities in company CRM
• Support networking and community relationship-building efforts
• Help maintain CRM sales pipeline and revenue reporting

• Manage customer communications and scheduling
• Process invoices and assist with collections follow-up
• Prepare weekly KPI and performance reports
• Assist with vendor relationships
• Support payroll preparation and administrative tasks

• Learn all major functions of the business
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Develop and document standard operating procedures

• Serve as a stand-in for ownership when necessary

• Support the Director of Operations in the following areas as needed
• Assist with daily scheduling of crews and equipment
• Coordinate jobs to maximize truck utilization and efficiency
• Monitor job progress and communicate with customers
• Resolve customer concerns and service issue

• 3 years of experience in operations project management sales customer service or business management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers employees and vendors
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business software
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Experience in home services construction property management landscaping or related industries
• Experience managing employees
• Sales or business development experience
• Familiarity with CRM scheduling or field service software
