Location:
Orlando Florida Primarily on-site with future hybrid flexibility available based on manager approval and business needs.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 3 years of direct commercial/business litigation experience in a law firm environment.

Job Description
- Manage commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution trial or settlement.
- Develop litigation strategies for complex business disputes including breach of contract partnership disputes business torts and construction-related matters.
- Draft pleadings dispositive motions discovery legal memoranda and appellate briefs.
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Manage all phases of discovery including complex document production and e-discovery.
- Appear in state and federal court for hearings conferences and oral arguments.
- Assist with trials arbitrations mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing legal guidance strategic recommendations and case updates.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding legal representation.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- 3 years of commercial/business litigation experience in a law firm.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills.
- Experience managing litigation matters with increasing independence.
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
