Salary: $260000 - $390000

A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated commercial disputes and working closely with clients on high-stakes litigation matters. The practice represents businesses across a wide range of industries in complex litigation arbitration and dispute resolution matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

• Approximately 3-6 years of business or commercial litigation experience

• Experience with motion practice discovery depositions and legal research

• Strong legal writing analytical and advocacy skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters

• Draft pleadings motions briefs and other litigation-related documents

• Manage discovery including written discovery document review and depositions

• Participate in hearings mediations arbitrations and court appearances

• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients

• Collaborate with attorneys across a nationally recognized litigation platform
