Location:On-site in Denver CO working alongside an experienced legal team in a collaborative office environment.

Note:Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have 4 years of business/commercial litigation experience. Candidates from in-house legal departments or primarily solo practices will not be considered.

Job Description

• Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other business transaction documents.
• Advise business owners on entity formation governance licensing and operational legal matters.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes demand letters negotiations and commercial conflicts.
• Appear in court conduct hearings negotiate settlements and manage cases through completion.
• Build trusted client relationships while providing strategic legal guidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain organized case files and timely documentation.
• Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license.
• 4 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing communication and client counseling skills.
• Law firm experience required.
• No in-house or solo practitioner background.
