Key job responsibilities
Build comprehensive business intelligence solutions including data sets queries reports and interactive dashboards
Develop robust data structures using advanced schema definition languages
Create secure maintainable code that automates complex analytical processes
Utilize advanced visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges with innovative solutions

Your day will be a dynamic blend of data exploration collaborative problem-solving and innovative thinking. Youll dive deep into datasets craft visualization tools and work closely with business stakeholders to uncover meaningful insights that shape our advertising strategies.


About the team
Were a collaborative group of data enthusiasts passionate about leveraging analytics to drive advertising excellence. Our team is at the forefront of transforming how Amazon approaches advertising insights creating tools that empower decision-makers across the organization.


- 2 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with relational and star schema data modeling concepts
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau QuickSight MicroStrategy PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g. Python Java or R)
- Experience gathering business requirements using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data formulate metrics and build reports

- Masters degree or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis co-relation analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
