Business Experience and Planning Associate Senior Technology & Operational Risk Management

As a Business Experience and Planning Associate Senior within PNCs Technology & Operational Risk Management organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Charlotte NC.

Successful candidate will work directly with and help structure the day-to-day of one or more senior executives in the Technology and Operational Risk team.

This role encompasses some administrative functions but doesnt stop there - you will be included in strategy sessions executive level committees and the like which increases your purview and visibility.

Ideal candidate will possess but not limited to;
Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
The role absorbs critical administrative workload (calendar meetings communications reporting) enabling leaders to focus on risk oversight governance and strategic priorities.
Coordinates cross-team activities executive materials and daily workflow management.
Handles time sensitive information and prioritization of executive commitments.
Supports financial and operational processes (e.g. vendor invoicing reporting) that enable continuity of business activities).
MS Office - highly proficient.
