Business Excellence Specialist

Your role:

• Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests using excellence tools and methodologies.
• Drives execution of our business strategy by facilitating workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure functional alignment.
• Supports culture of Execution Excellence and deployment of Excellence practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement Agile Process Management Project Management Change management and Performance Management). Leverages AI to scale these methodologies.
• Leverages advanced knowledge in business excellence and stakeholder management to diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units regions or functions delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance.
• Drives businesses process standardization and simplification initiatives using process analysis and optimization (including AI and automation) techniques to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 5 years of experience with Bachelors OR 3 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Project Management Change Management Operations or equivalent.
• You have a Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration Strategic Management Engineering or equivalent.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MN $128000 to $204000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
