What Youll Do

• Generate new business through networking referrals prospecting and cold outreach
• Build relationships with property managers facility managers business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and develop customized facility service solutions
• Prepare proposals present value-driven solutions and close new business
• Represent COMMAND at networking events industry associations and community functions
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless transition for new clients
