About You
Youre a self-starter who thrives on connecting with new people and opening this role youll drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging municipalities DOTs and civil engineering firms that can benefit from Cyvls infrastructure intelligence platform. Your outreach will directly shape our sales pipeline and accelerate Cyvls expansion into new markets across the country. This is a full-time on-site position at our Somerville MA headquarters starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads across municipalities DOTs and civil engineering firms to build a robust prospect pipeline
Manage outbound communications (email phone LinkedIn) and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns
Qualify inbound and outbound leads schedule discovery calls and demos and hand off opportunities to the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients while tracking all activity and progress in CRM tools
Qualifications
Required:
Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to build and maintain a growing network of clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing Psychology or a related field preferred
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI tools CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and sales engagement software
Interest in or exposure to government technology infrastructure or civic tech industries
