Responsibilities
Build and execute sales and business development plans
Prospect and engage clients through outreach networking and referrals
Build strong relationships with employers and decision-makers
Present HireFrontiers solutions and tailor offerings to client needs
Work with recruiters and account managers for smooth onboarding and placements
Support marketing campaigns promotions and lead generation
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Maintain accurate CRM records
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Deliver responsive ongoing account support
Qualifications
Experience in sales business development account management or marketing
Staffing/HR/professional services background a plus
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building
Proven ability to meet sales goals
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong organization and multitasking
Analytical results-driven mindset
Bachelors in Business Marketing or Communications preferred but not required
