You will be selling our Staffing Services to customers in the Light Industrial Manufacturing Warehouse and Logistics industries.
Territory: Troy & surrounding areas
Base salary $50k-55k/yr with a Monthly uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your local market
Build client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-up
Present customized workforce solutions to prospective clients
Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
Travel locally throughout the week (6070% travel locally not remote/hybrid role)
Qualifications:
Outside sales business development retail hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Valid drivers license required
