Business Development Manager Texas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth goals in the Texas market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including developers municipalities public agencies engineers and industrial clients.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across heavy civil water/wastewater utilities and data center infrastructure sectors.
• Lead pursuit strategy including opportunity qualification client engagement competitive positioning and teaming strategies.
• Collaborate with estimating preconstruction and operations teams to support proposals presentations and project capture efforts.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools while providing regular reporting and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen partnerships with contractors engineering firms and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business development experience in heavy civil construction infrastructure or related industries.
• Established network and relationships with owners engineers developers or public agencies in Texas.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities build pipeline and contribute to winning major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods including hard bid negotiated design-build and CMAR.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally as required.
