Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Meet or exceed revenue targets for Specialty UltraTrace and PFAS testing services across North America.
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel with a focus on large strategic opportunities.
- Identify and develop new markets applications and client segments for emerging contaminants testing.
Client Engagement & Strategic Influence
- Build deep relationships with decision makers chemists project managers and executive leaders within target organizations.
- Provide technical presentations and consultative guidance to help clients understand testing options project design and analytical considerations.
- Map client organizational structures to support topdown influence and strategic penetration.
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Partner with regional sales teams to position SGSs specialty capabilities and support One SGS crossselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development and laboratory leadership to communicate client needs and identify new service opportunities.
- Work with marketing to develop technical collateral proposals and client communication strategies.
Innovation & Market Intelligence
- Provide ongoing feedback on market trends regulatory developments and emerging analytical needs.
- Present new technologies method advancements and innovative solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Help shape SGSs specialty testing roadmap based on client demand and scientific evolution.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline required (Chemistry Environmental Science or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an environmental or physical sciences laboratory.
- Handson experience in specialty ultratrace PFAS dioxin or PCB testing strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in business development client services or technical sales within an environmental testing context.
- Experience selling or supporting LCMS/MS HRMS or PFAS analytical services strongly desired.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear client value.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $85000 $120000 annually. This position is eligible for the EHS North America commission plan as well. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills experience and qualifications.
