Job Summary

Position Overview
Business Development Manager Staffing Services
The Business Development Manager Staffing Services is responsible for driving revenue growth
for Auritas by developing new staffing clients and identifying new staffing opportunities within existing
client accounts. This role focuses on building relationships with business and technology leaders
understanding workforce needs and positioning Auritas staffing capabilities to deliver qualified talent
and effective workforce solutions.
The Business Development Manager works closely with Client Partners Talent Acquisition Delivery
and leadership to develop opportunities support client needs and expand Auritas staffing services.
This position is expected to proactively build a pipeline develop new relationships and maintain
ownership and accountability for staffing opportunities generated through their business development
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES
Develop and execute strategies to generate new staffing business and achieve assigned

revenue and sales goals.
Identify and pursue new prospective clients requiring technology SAP professional and other
staffing services aligned with Auritas capabilities.
Generate new staffing opportunities within existing Auritas accounts by developing
relationships with additional decision-makers departments and business units.
Conduct prospecting activities through networking referrals outbound outreach industry

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified staffing opportunities.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workforce needs business challenges

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a knowledgeable resource

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of prospects client contacts staffing
requirements opportunities activities and sales progress within the designated CRM/ATS.
Register new opportunities promptly to establish clear opportunity ownership and visibility.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasts to leadership.
Track activity and performance against established staffing sales KPIs.
Participate in sales staffing and pipeline review meetings as required.
Provide leadership with updates regarding market activity client needs competitive trends
and potential business opportunities.
