Job Summary
Work closely and effectively with a select number of strategic Payment Service Providers (PSP) to enable Apple Pay for more users in more placesnnParticipate internally on cross-functional teams to define product requirements negotiation strategies integration and testing plans and go-to-market launch programsnnIdentify and uncover new growth opportunities that build an exciting customer experiencennBuild and sustain strong successful relationships across the E-Commerce value chainnnContinually manage partnerships delivering new feature enhancements and ongoing support to drive customer trial and usagennLead iOS SDK feature enablement discussions with external partnersnnProvide regular communications to internal teams regarding partnership strategy and results including risk factors (e.g. fraud acceptance costs) and issues (e.g. low conversion) n
Proven account management experience within the payments ecosystemnDeep knowledge and familiarity with the PSP landscapenSuccess in innovating identifying and delivering new business product and market opportunities with clientsnA clear understanding of a great customer experience online and what differentiates Apple Pay from other payment methodsnHighly skilled at presenting ideas and acquiring support based off of an analytical approach and steadfast attention to detailnDemonstrated business proficiency in written and verbal communications in English
Experience managing complex global partner relationships in the online payments spacenBusiness Development or Partnerships experience particularly in driving projects forward both internally and externallynAbility to handle directional changes and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives to ensure project success and drive impactnWillingness to learn new technologies and keen interest in the payment space and its developmentsnSelf-starter and results-oriented with a proven track record of building lasting relationshipsnThe ability to assess business and client/partner needs prioritize accordingly and raise appropriately
