Business Development Manager

We are hiring aBusiness DevelopmentManagerwith a relevant combination of education and experience in federal government contractingconductingresearchbusiness intelligenceandmarketanalysis and a solid understanding of the business development lifecycle.In this position youare responsible forthe day-to-day management compliance and strategic growthofourGWAC andIDIQ contract vehicles. The ideal candidate combines strong federal contracts knowledge withtaskmanagement skills to driverevenue throughourgovernment contract vehicles. This rolesupportsthe Director of the Agile Acquisition Service Center within the Business Development Division.

• • Managingmultiple contract vehiclesmaintainingcompliance and performance standards
  • POC for the administration and management of task ordersunderour contract vehicles
  • MonitoringGWAC/IDIQ portals for new task order releases RFIs and amendments
  • Responding tomarket researchwith a coordinated effort acrosscompany stakeholders
  • Conducting research requests toassistin capture efforts during bid assessment
  • Supportingtask order responseswith capture managers proposal leads and contracts
  • Managingmonthly reports for active task orders as
  • Analyzingtarget customersectorsaligned with our growthstrategy and BD priorities
  • Conductingbusiness intelligence and market analysispertaining toourcontract vehicles
  • Automating repetitive workflows to increase efficiency in the task order lifecycle

• • Bachelorsdegreewith10years experience in government contracting or a similarindustry
  • Experience withfederal GWACand IDIQ contractvehicles
  • Proficient in using standard IT equipment and software such as Microsoft Office 365 tool suite
  • Internet savvy with the ability to conduct research and analysisusing AI
  • Active DOD Secret clearance
  • A desire to learn new skills be proactive in supporting the business development teamandwork collaborativelyacross the organizationtomeetcompany growth goals
