A dynamic expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture training/education/instruction IT cyber security and intelligence (analysts CI HUMINT SIGINT etc.) is seeking a Business Development Manager.

Mission:
Drive strategic growth by identifying qualifying and capturing federal contracting opportunities that expand the companys portfolio across U.S. government agencies.

Essential Job Function:

• Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecyclefrom opportunity identification through contract award.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with company capabilities develop and execute win strategies and foster strong relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
• Support proposal development by contributing to solutioning pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Monitor market trends competitors and regulatory changes to inform growth strategy while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Government or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of business development capture or sales experience in federal contracting
• Demonstrated success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
• Experience with contract vehicles (GWACs IDIQs BPAs GSA Schedules)
• Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in IT cybersecurity Special Operations linguistics intelligence engineering logistics or related fields
• Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
• Familiarity with tools such as GovWin FPDS and USAspending
• Capture management and/or proposal development experience
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. APMP)
