Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Capture Manager to drive growth and lead opportunity capture efforts across key markets. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who can take ownership of the full lifecyclefrom opportunity identification through proposal submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end capture process from opportunity inception and qualification through proposal development and submission
- Identify track develop and manage pipeline for new business opportunities within commercial and federal sectors
- Lead capture planning competitive analysis and solution positioning
- Operate with limited oversight taking full ownership of pipeline and deliverables
What Youll Need
- Experience in business development capture management or related roles in security low voltage or technology integration space
- Proven ability to manage opportunities through the full sales/capture lifecycle
- Strong communication organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
