Your Mission

This isnt a traditional account management role.

Were looking for a Business Development Manager who loves winning deals finding opportunities others miss and using data to make smarter decisions.

Youll work closely with leadership marketing and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities negotiate strategic partnerships and drive revenue across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with analytical curiosity. Someone who enjoys prospecting negotiating and building relationshipsbut also wants to understand the numbers behind why a deal works.

What Youll Do

  • Source and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that maximize revenue and long-term value
  • Analyze market trends partner performance and competitive activity
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and open new revenue channels
  • Build and deliver compelling business cases and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to improve customer acquisition performance
  • Monitor industry changes and react quickly to market opportunities
  • Help launch and grow new business verticals as the company expands

What Were Looking For

  • 26 years of experience in business development sales partnerships or related commercial roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas KPIs or revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
  • Experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment
  • Affiliate marketing performance marketing lead generation or customer acquisition experience is a strong plus
