  • We are contracted tostaff and managethe following positions: Loading and Unloading Equipment Operators Order Selection Pallet Re-Stack Labeling and Facility Sanitation.

Position Overview
  • Business Development Manager:Generating new business opportunities building client relationships and expanding partnerships within the warehousing and logistics industry.

Schedule Pay/Benefits
  • Monday -Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
  • $60000/yearly commission
  • Medical Denial Eye Benefits paid PTO
Responsibilities
  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold-calling email networking and in-person visits*
  • Study target markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Educate clients on PFP Logistics services and operational capabilities
  • Track leads and customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Reconnect with previous clients to establish renewed partnerships
  • Assist with CRM development and organization alongside management
  • Work with the Operations team on projects and client initiatives.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Goal-Driven Mindset
  • Work Independently
  • Travel for Sales visits
  • Spend time with our Operations Team in the field
