Business Development Manager, Audio Module

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating new business and growing revenue for the audio module product line working closely with field application and regional sales team to drive new business in North America market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage new audio module business opportunities
• Manage the design-in process and have intimate knowledge of the key decision makers next actions and requirements to win the design.
• Collaborate with field sales to identify appropriate contacts in customer organizations
• Provide regular training for field application and sales engineers
• Consolidate customer feedback and provide input to product roadmap
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in audio solution business development application support or sales
• Ability to convert market and technology trends into business opportunities
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Willing to travel to customers
• Self-motivated and organized
• Automotive account knowledge is preferred

Education:

• BSEE or higher

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience skills education and other job-related reasons. The target annual hiring range for this position in is $150000 - $220000.
