Business Development Representative IT Staffing ATL Remote

Are you a relentless new business hunter with a track record in IT staffing or technology services sales Do you build your own pipeline make your own calls and close your own deals If the answer is yes keep reading.

Our client is an INC 5000 women-owned IT staffing firm that has been one of the fastest-growing companies in America two years running. Their clients are enterprise and mid-market technology leaders. The delivery team is strong onshore and offshore support and when you land a client they are yours to manage.

What you will be doing:

• Generating new client relationships through consistent outreach phone email LinkedIn
• Targeting technology managers directors and VPs of IT in the Atlanta market
• Selling contract contract-to-hire direct hire and statement of work staffing solutions
• Running 10 client-facing meetings per week (video or in-person)
• Managing accounts you bring in this is not a handoff role
• Documenting activity planning your day and maintaining a disciplined cadence

What we are looking for:

• 5 years in IT staffing or technology services sales with a provable new business track record
• Self-starter who generates their own appointments no SDR required
• High-activity high-drive individual who plans today for tomorrow
• Coachable open to direction and motivated to get better
• Honest and ethical someone we can consultant in front of a CIO with full confidence
