No previous Automotive experience No problem. Do you have Call Center or Business Development experience with the ability to learn new information quickly How about a self-starter mentality We are currently seeking a motivated individual to manage our Call Center/Business Development Center.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales and service forecasts
- Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
- Collect and analyze business metrics
- Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealerships goals
- Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
- Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Requirements
- Strong communication organization time management computer and basic math skills
- Previous call center experience a plus
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Previous sales experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
