Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and increasing revenue. The role involves market research lead generation sales strategy development and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

This role includes a base salary and uncapped commission. Expectations are that an at-plan rep would have a total compensation plan of 30% base and 70% commission.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and sales contracts.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the CRM.
• Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

• Bachelors degree in business administration marketing sales or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
