Business Development Coordinator (Sales) Hospice

Tabitha Hospice A Collaboration with Immanuel is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator of Home Health Care and Hospice at our location in Omaha NE.

The Business Development Coordinator educates key stakeholders and promotes the organizations Senior Care Continuum by building strong internal and external relationships and meeting monthly referral targets across identified service lines and regions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serves as representative to community organizations churches chambers and networking groups within the assigned region.
• Drives community engagement business development and outreach initiatives to support the organizations mission and growth.
• Executes short- and long-term strategies to meet referral and performance targets across the organizations service lines.
• Builds maintains and tracks relationships with key internal and external referral partners including healthcare providers and senior living organizations.
• Educates internal teams and external stakeholders across the organizations senior care continuum.
• Represents the organization through branding efforts health fairs sponsorships presentations and speaking engagements.
• Engages clients and families to support volunteerism and charitable giving initiatives.
• Meets regional metrics maintains accurate documentation reporting timekeeping and expense records per the organizations protocols.
• Upholds professionalism integrity confidentiality (HIPAA) safety and compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manages workload effectively participates in training and meetings adapts to changing priorities and takes on additional duties as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

EDUCATION:High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:Deepexperience building experience managing multipleprojects at one timerequired. Experience with leading mentoring and/or coaching peers preferred.

CREDENTIALS:Valid Nebraska Drivers license (unless otherwise allowed by law) anda good drivingrecordrequired. Mustpossessauto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory meet Tabithas vaccination requirements.
