What Youll Do

As our Internet BDC Specialist youll be the first impression of Gerald Jones Mazda and one of the most important members of our sales team.

• Make 100 outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
• Respond quickly to internet leads phone inquiries and text messages.
• Send personalized introduction and vehiclewalkaround videos that build trust and excitement.
• Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
• Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
• Maintain detailedCRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.
• Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.
